Amazing, given how hot it is

Probably the hottest sauce I have ever _enjoyed_

This is genuinely delicious. I use it to add serious kick to stews and noodles, or a dipping sauce. and a little goes a long way. But even a tiny dab on meat is pretty amazing. You get serious, lasting heat, but the sweetness of the maple syrup and the smokiness of the chipotle kicks in on the finish, and as the burn fades it just tastes lovely. As opposed to "shit, that was really HOT" that you get with most ultra sauces.
