SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

Blonde Chilli offers $11.95 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $99.

Weight-based shipping rates to New Zealand and United Kingdom are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Expect delays during peak seasons.

  • Australia: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • New Zealand: Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after dispatch

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide the complete "ship to" address on all of your orders.

For residential addresses: Include the recipient's full name and complete address including any apartment, floor, or suite information.

For business addresses: Include the recipient's full name, business name, and complete address including any floor, suite, or department information.

New Zealand Orders

Please note: Import duties or taxes may apply to NZ orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United Kingdom Orders

Please note: Import duties or taxes may apply to UK orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Proof of Delivery

If Proof of Delivery shows an item was delivered, it is considered received by the purchaser. The same is true if the purchaser elects to have items sent to a different receiver or receiving address.

Undeliverable Items

If your items were sent to the address you requested but were returned to us by the carrier as "undeliverable", you will be responsible for providing an updated delivery address and will be required to pay any associated charges incurred for re-shipping the items.
