Gods of Sauces was born when we started making our own sauces for our street food catering business so that they could be full of real flavour and be gluten-free, Che and his two daughters are all coeliac and because of this he makes all our street food catering business dishes gluten-free and our sauces. One of the first sauces He came up with was a Korean chilli sauce that has now become his Korean Hot Sauce. Each sauce that has been created has been a part of a dish for our street food catering business in some way.
