5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched
  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Faulty or Incorrect Products: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully as all sales are final unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
