CHICKEN KORMA CURRY
Preparation:1) In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until soft.2) Cut each chicken breast fillet into 4 pieces and add to frying pan and cook for about 3 / 4 minutes.3) Season with salt, 2 tablespoons of the Spice Factory Korma Curry Spice.
4) Mix Stir in the passata, buttermilk and water.5) Continue cooking for 5 minutes.Serve with rice.
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Korma Curry Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
