Yes, we ship to both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are weight-based and automatically calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, you'll see a field labelled "Discount code" — simply enter your code there and click "Apply". The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at blonde_chilli@yahoo.com.au with your order number and photos of the fault and we'll arrange a refund for you.

How do I know the heat level of a hot sauce?
Heat level information is listed on each individual product page for products containing chilli. Check the product listing before you buy to find your perfect heat match!
Should I refrigerate my hot sauce?
We recommend refrigerating all open hot sauces. Refrigerated sauces will taste better for longer and will generally last around 8 months after opening. As a rule of thumb, the more vinegar-forward a sauce, the less critical refrigeration is — but in practice, keeping your sauces in the fridge always prolongs their life and quality.
