Tomato powder, sugar, spices and dehydrated vegetables, maize starch, salt, herbs, colours (E110, E102, E124), citric acid (E330), natural butter flavour.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 125mL natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 700g chicken thigh fillet chopped
  • 60g butter
  • 30g of The Spice Factory! Butter Chicken spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 425g can tomato puree
  • 150mL chicken stock
  • 250mL thickened cream


    Preparation:

    1) Combine yoghurt, lemon juice and spice it up! Butter chicken spice mix. Add chicken and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    2) Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Add the chicken & marinate, tomato puree and chicken stock.

    3) Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cream and cook for a further 10 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
