How to Use Brazilian Rub

Beef: The classic churrasco application. Rub generously over picanha, rump, or sirloin and grill over high heat for an authentic Brazilian result.

Chicken: Coat chicken thighs or drumsticks and marinate for at least 20 minutes before grilling or roasting.

Pork: Apply to pork ribs, chops, or shoulder before slow cooking or BBQing.

Prawns & Seafood: Toss through prawns with a drizzle of oil before grilling for a quick, flavour-packed cook-up.

Brazilian Dip: Mix 1 teaspoon into 100mL of mayonnaise, sour cream, or natural yoghurt for a bold, smoky dip.
How to Use
Sprinkle generously over meat before cooking, or mix with olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste marinade. Allow to rest for at least 20 minutes before cooking on the BBQ or in a frying pan. Use approximately ½–1 teaspoon per piece of meat.
