I watched how it was made and what it was made too be use in/for, so I had to try it for myself, sure did not disapoint as it gave heat and extra flavour to cooking stews, but be warned there's a good reason why it called beyond insanity
Title says it all but in all seriousness if you put a drop or two in your favorite hot sauce it adds another level. Will buy again...eventually due to how little you need.

Great very very hot just need a very small amount
I left another review about how great it was to be able to find these sauces for my partner but also he has tried this one & the last dab twice now. He does say that they are both incredibly hot but the last dab just has something to it.
He loves them.
