PIRI PIRI CHICKEN
500g chicken thigh fillets
2 tablespoons Smoked Piri Piri spice blend.
150ml thickened cream
½ cup chicken stock
Marinate the chicken with 2 tablespoons of Smoked Piri Piri spice blend.
Cook in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side
Add Thickened Cream and Chicken Stock and stir.
Simmer 4 - 5 minutes
Serve with chips and salad.
Make a Dip out of it! You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
