Preparation:1) Combine yoghurt, lemon juice and spice it up! Butter chicken spice mix. Add chicken and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.2) Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Add the chicken & marinate, tomato puree and chicken stock.3) Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cream and cook for a further 10 minutes.Serve with rice.
