A delightful addition to my hot sauce rotation!

Not quite what I expected based on the ingredients but I love it! This sauce is so moreish! I'd describe Melbourne Hot Sauce's Spicy Sanchez as an adult ketchup without the sweetness or a peri peri sauce on steroids. Surprised at the prominence of the tomato considering it's made primarily of super hots. Very nice, hot on the tongue but not close to unbearable, great tangy flavour.

Not a joke.

This bad boy had me hooked after the first use after I received it as a gift. Best way to describe it is an incredibly chilli, mouth numbing ketchup. With a sweet, tangy and peppery flavour profile it works well with just about everything you put it on. I’ve used it on/in toast, eggs, stews, curries, sandwiches, I mean the list goes on. Its a very serious sauce that packs a hell of a punch and it’s not for the faint hearted. This will make your ring sting for a weeks worth of movements hahaha but it’s one of my favourites. I literally use it on everything. Melbourne Hot Sauce, you’ve done well with this one!
