Red jalapeños smoked for 6 hours over Galaxy Hops and locally sourced Cherry Wood, combined with extra pale ale from Melbourne's Wolf of the Willows, balanced by Tasmanian Cider Vinegar and Victorian grown Tomato and Rosemary. The result? A perfectly balanced, uniquely complex beer-based hot sauce unlike anything else. Hand crafted in small batches using all natural ingredients in Melbourne, Australia — no preservatives, additives, fillers, extracts, MSG or thickeners.

In my top 5 sauces right now

I always enjoyed MHS's 'smoked jalapeno' especially on eggs at breakfast and on noodles. This 'hop smoked jalapeno' is a nice change. I'll use it on eggs, chicken, steak, toasted sangas, just about anything. Love it.
