Blair's Pure Death Sauce - Four Ingredients, Pure Perfection
Death Sauce is natural. Blair's Pure Death is a hot sauce so pure, that's what we had to call it. Four letters in Pure, four ingredients in Pure - perfect portions of orange habanero, Naga Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), vinegar, and baked Hawaiian red salt make this the most natural Death Sauce ever, and your probable addiction.

Heat Level: Hot (48,000 Scoville)
Serious heat that builds steadily - this is where the Blair's Death Sauce range starts to get real. Hot enough to challenge, balanced enough to enjoy.

Flavour Profile
Clean, pure pepper flavour with nothing to hide behind. The orange habanero brings fruity, citrus notes while the Ghost Pepper adds earthy depth and lingering heat. The Hawaiian red salt enhances the natural pepper flavours without overpowering them - this is minimalist hot sauce at its finest.

Mild and full of texture, great to have on anything as it is subjective to your taste.

Perfect blend of flavour with just a little bit of heat

Despite the rating this isn't really a sauce with significant heat. It is, however, one with significant flavour. Tastes great on pretty much everything but really seems to do its best work on vegetables. A lot of hot sauces dont' pair well with veggies and are best left to meat dishes. Blair's Pure Death is an exception. The heat is mild (if you're used to hot sauces - will have a bit of a kick for a novice but is a nice step up without being overpowering) but the flavour really enhances the food you add it to, rather than overwhelming it. So nice I had to order a second bottle because I knew the first one wouldn't last longer than a week.
