PIRI PIRI CHICKEN
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken thigh fillets
- 2 tablespoons Smoked Piri Piri spice blend.
- 150ml thickened cream
- ½ cup chicken stock
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with 2 tablespoons of Smoked Piri Piri spice blend.
- Cook in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes on each side
- Add Thickened Cream and Chicken Stock and stir.
- Simmer 4 - 5 minutes
- Serve with chips and salad.
Make a Dip out of it!
You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Smoked Piri Piri Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.
